CFS is an Indiana limited liability company that is 100% owned by Charles Blackwelder, Lynda Blackwelder, Chad Blackwelder and Cara Blackwelder Grumme. In addition to being a licensed real estate brokerage company, CFS is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors; the Indiana Real Estate Exchangers; the Commercial and Industrial Marketing Group, the Indiana Association of Realtors; the National Association of Realtors; and, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.

In 1998 CFS began providing real estate investment opportunities to persons who needed to qualify for Medicaid and who also desired the security of investing in first class, professionally managed real estate, guaranteed rental income, and prompt asset liquidity.
